Production Process:
- Grapes are harvested and fermented, creating antioxidant-rich wines.
- Alcohol is gently removed using custom-modified Spinning Cone Column technology, retaining the wine’s varietal flavors and aromas.
- Some varietals, like Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Cabernet, may receive oak treatment and a small amount of varietal juice concentrate to enhance richness.

Edenvale Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon

Tempranillo is the emblematic Spanish varietal. Deep in colour, with cherry and vanilla aromas and notes of blackberry bramble and fig, the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon enriches the fruit flavours and adds structure to the full, rich and spicy finish.
